1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, web applications, and hardware solutions operated by Attendee Technologies (“Attendee,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing attendee.live, creating an event, registering as a delegate, or utilizing our QR pass check-in systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization or enterprise entity, you represent that you possess the legal authority to bind that entity.

2. Platform Services & License

Attendee provides an integrated event operating system encompassing event website builders, custom registration forms, client approval portals, WhatsApp-delivered digital QR passes, high-speed on-site scanner applications, and live audience engagement tools (Q&A, polls, analytics).

Subject to these Terms, Attendee grants organizers a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and utilize our services for the purpose of planning, managing, and executing authorized corporate events, summits, and exhibitions.

3. Organizer Responsibilities

Event organizers using the platform agree to:

• Provide accurate event details, schedule times, venue addresses, and ticketing tier information.
• Collect delegate information lawfully and maintain appropriate consent for communications dispatched via email or WhatsApp.
• Safeguard administrator credentials, magic login links, and API tokens from unauthorized disclosure.
• Configure appropriate role-based permissions (Super Admin, Reviewer, Gate Scanner) for staff members.

4. Delegate Access & Pass Authenticity

Attendees and registered delegates agree to the following conditions:

• Digital QR passes and physical entry badges are issued for authorized individual entry and are non-transferable unless reassigned through the event organizer's designated channels.
• Passes may not be copied, reproduced, duplicated, resold, or scalped. Scanners employ single-entry cryptographic verification to identify duplicate admissions.
• Delegates participating in live stage Q&A, quizzes, or networking agree to maintain professional decorum and avoid submitting offensive or defamatory content.

5. Service Availability & Offline Performance

We strive to maintain maximum reliability across all components of the platform:

• Uptime Target: Our cloud registration intake and reporting dashboards are architected for 99.9% service availability.
• Sub-100ms Gate Verification: Entrance scanning software is engineered to complete pass validation within 100 milliseconds to eliminate venue entrance queues.
• Offline Synchronization: On-site scanner devices feature local SQLite caching. In the event of venue Wi-Fi disruption, check-ins continue offline and synchronize automatically once connectivity is restored.

6. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property

Client Data: The event organizer retains full and exclusive ownership of all attendee lists, delegate registration data, custom branding assets, and generated event reports. Attendee does not claim any intellectual property rights over organizer delegate lists.

Platform Technology: Attendee retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, including software code, scanner interfaces, algorithms, trademarks, visual layouts, and documentation.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users and organizers are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the platform to send unsolicited mass spam broadcasts via WhatsApp Business API or email relays.
• Deploying automated scrapers, crawlers, or extraction scripts to harvest delegate directories or phone numbers.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with QR cryptographic signatures or door scanners.
• Interfering with server networks, bypassing rate limits, or attempting unauthorized security penetration testing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Attendee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, venue disruption, or network carrier carrier outages beyond our reasonable control. Our total aggregate liability arising under any event service contract shall be limited to the total fees paid by the organizer for that specific event deployment.

9. Modifications & Governing Law

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect enhancements to our service or changes in applicable legal statutes. Continued use of the platform following notification of updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi.
